Classroom Sessions
The program will begin officially through the training phase, which will have 8 classroom sessions.

Understanding Leadership
Storytelling
Stress Management
Personal Branding
Entrepreneurship
Project Management & Financial Basics
Design Thinking
Social Incubators
After successful completion of the training phase, the participants will form groups and work on tackling social problems identified during the training sessions. During this time the groups will have continuous liaison with the mentors and BRAC officials.

Testing in the Field level
Monitoring & Evaluation
Learning Documentation
Regional Case Competition
The participants will present the learnings and the results from the training in the regional case competition.
The best projects will be acknowledged, and the participants will be presented a “Social Good-Doer” certificate from BRAC Social Innovation Lab.
